What kind of a job is it to change a prop on a 1995 90HP force?

Pretty easy.
You need a wrench, a 2x4, and a little glob of grease.

Thanks. Is there a torque spec for the nut or just tight?

I think it is 60-80 ft-lb

tight is good, just make sure you use the proper hardware including the tab washer to lock the nut in place.
