changing rollers for wood??

i got a wicked litte trailer for free ,but it has rollers and i want beams for my 16ft starcraft alum. boat ,has anyone ever changed them out?? any ideas?what do i need for suport for the boat ect.

here is what i did. flat bunks on aluminum boat, vertical on fiberglass boat.
