changing to a vortex engine

HI everyone,
I currently have a Volvo AQ 260 and I'm thinking about repowering with a brand new 330 HP vortex crate motor. Would this work? I do know that I would need to change the flywheel Intake manifold possibly the starter circ pump. Not sure about the cam.
What are your thoughts, has anybody done this?

I can't believe that no one has ever done this!

Nobody has ever done it because its not a marine engine, and last time I looked in the GM Performance catalog all the crate engines said "not for marine use", don't know why, as they come with brass plugs and good head gaskets.
