Been using it for two months with great success. I agree on the dream thing occuring, but they haven't been nightmares. As far as I can tell, the worst side effect I've had is increased flatulence.

Well, I dropped down to 1 pill a day and started taking it _AFTER_ breakfast instead of before.

The nausea definitely improved, and the dreams quit.

Going on 21 days now without many urges. Still ill as a hornet some days tho, and eating Jolly Rancher Lollipops...they changed the design to a normal lollipop design from that stupid rectangle shape they used to use. Those things are great!
