If you take your flame arrestor off (better remove doghouse too so you don't have fire issues) and the sound goes away, it is just the flame arrestor vibrating and is harmless, if it really bothers you, maybe try a different flame arrestor
The flame arrestor is not vibrating. I am 100% sure of that.

Any one know of a kit that will work for a carb rebuild for the TKS? If there is no kits which individual parts should I replace?

Maybe the flywheel guard plate at the bottom of the housing, Is just loose enough to vibrate at the right RPM (frequency)
If you could (safely) have someone drive while you shoot your video from down in the engine compartment, moving your camera around to different areas, we will be able to pinpoint the sound by hearing it through your microphone.

A Mercruiser tech from just answer web site suggested I may have a blown head gasket or a city carb after he told me to do a compression test. What do you guys think? Below are my numbers and a picture of my plugs (fairly new with only a few trips on them) below. Plugs are 4,3,2,1 from left to right in the photo.

#1 180psi
#2 162 psi
#3 160 psi
#4 170psi
