One misunderstanding with one customer out of all the customers who could have left feedback with the BBB...
Would you not purchase something from an eBay vendor who had 1 negative feeback and 98,000 positives?
One complaint doesn't "kind of tell ya" anything.
Take a look at Wal*Mart. Seems they've all been resolved, but if you look closer you see that in half the cases, the customer was not happy with the resolution. In that case according to the BBB, Wal*Mart would have a better rating than Michigan just because they "cared" enough to respond even though their "caring response" did nothing for the customer.
It all tells me, buyer beware of the BBB. I have a little troube trusting the opinion of a group that accepts money from the people they're giving their opinion on.
I've never purchased anything from Michigan, but I know enough about sales to know that one customer (good or bad) does not define a business.
