I came across this boat a while back. I have looked at it and tried to find the owner. It took me a while but found the owner and he said I could have the boat to get it out of his way.

Here are a few pictures, please give me your thoughts.

My thoughts are, remove the window, stearing wheel area and cover the front and back with a casting platform. also put in a center console.

Looks to be in decent shape. I'd think the Transom is probably shot looking at the bilge side of it in the pictures, but the stringers look like you can use them as is, which is a big advantage. Even if the wood/foam inside is bad, the stringers are solidly covered in roving...another layer over it all would strengthen it up and the core would be non factor, other than having the stuff still in there adding weight.

as a matter of fact the stringers seam to be in good shape, strong and solid.

Can you get the title?
If yeh go ahead and do the transom, redeck it.
