Looks like the Hummdinga would be a better toy.

The quadski looks awful wide. Too wide to meet most states definition of an atv, so not legal for atv trails.
Would need to be registered and used as a UTV

I'm just surprised that no one here said anything about the lack of PFD's on the riders. There was one close one with the "no helmet" comment, but other than that... I don't think you would get very far around here on that with no PFD's & the Fish & Game commission watching, unless you went quad riding all day with a life jacket on, although they do have that super small, light inflatable one, that might work......Still, @ $46,000, I think I might invest that kind of cash into a brand new boat.
