I still see some names from "the ole days" before the BIG crack down. It's a much more relaxed civil place now................
I was gone for 1 1/2 years myself.

Hey Mike, you need to PM your cell to me ... I lost it between your FL and my phone not liking salt water! How have things been going for you and Rhonda? The new boat? The new job? Inquiring minds want to know. Same numbers here so give me a call sometime ...

Let's just say there was a time when the Dock consisted of a lot of spirited banter ... political, social, religious, etc. Things that people are extremely passionate about. In the heat of the passionate moments there were some that got personal with other members .... well, it was fun for some, but others didn't have a skin thick enough to handle it. In the spirit of keeping people around (better to generate business) iboats decided it was best to keep the dock a gentler, warmer, kinder place. And some left.

Good to hear from you mikeandronda.
Ol' Tyme is still around lurking and posting.;)

And Tyme is currently beating Aspeck's behind on the NFL Pick'em contest.

Re: Checkin in, wheres all the old timers?

Man its awesome to hear from all of you. It almost made me feel like it does coming home after a long time away from family :) Anyways, its been the worst year of my life and I did really drop off the face of the earth and then did my best regroup and here I am :) Our move to Florida started out well enough but snowballed into a huge mess of disasters and just life taking a crap on us for about a solid year now. Lets just say our move to Florida has been one hard life lesson after another and we all know how fun learning life lessons can be. I came real close to losing everything in a real short time. The hardest one to lose and whats really the most importiant thing is family. The bottom line is Family. I still have that so Im OK. :D

Now on a lighter note its really nice to see.....er....hear...errr...read from everyone of you that posted.

Art..... I will PM you my # and we can catch up on the phone

QC.....Im getting back into the whole music thing....took a short break with that as well. How is your Boy doing? Mine boys band has long ago went the way of the so many other bands and now just an Myspace page......They had a good run, toured the country, and learned what the busisness is really like.....they all came home and got jobs :D

T2F....Im not sure which of you guys to pull for........Who's your Favorite team?

Bart.... imho your in the oldtimer club....its good to hear from you.

JB..... its always nice to hear from you........its good to know your still here keeping it real.......and keeping Ladyfish in line when the blond jokes start flying :D

And Heycods is up to his shenanigins as always......somethings never change.......and sometimes Im glad about that :) and funny thing is I swear that pic you posted is my mother in law.......

TD.....Sorry about disappearing.....was a coping mechinisim......not a good one but one that I chose.....once again hard lessons learned. Whats new in your neck of the woods?

Good to hear from all of you

Wow Mike. First thing I was gonna ask was "how was the move?" Thought better of it, not sure why . . . Weird.

they all came home and got jobs
Well . . . my boy hasn't quite got that figured out, but he is going to school. When he gets his butt in gear, he has a decent Math Tutoring gig that is kinda cool.

His band had two brothers, drummer and the real creative talent who wrote and played lead. The other band mates were sick of the drummer and the brothers stuck together, and that was that . . .

Was playing a lot more for while and then slacked off again myself. Would love to try some long distance collaborating if/when you are interested.

Hey QC.....Good to hear that your boy is going to school. Down the line that will make a difference regardless of what he does......My boy, well he started living life and now really cant go to school..........He ended up getting his girl pregnant and married her.........That lasted a year......So now here he is having to live life like the rest of us and sowing his wild oats has pretty much been stopped. 2 yrs ago.....He thought he was a rockstar......today.....Its go to work, pay bills, and deal with life issues. :D

I have some new material I have been working on and would love to hear what you can do with it so pm a email addy and I can send some to you :)
