engine oil is premixed in the fuel 50:1 TC-W3 outboard oil.

You check the oil when you mix it with the gas. You did put oil in the gas, didn't you?

gas was in it when i bought boat now won't stay running and had a warning horn

How old was the gas ??? and what horn did you hear ??? continuous, intermittent ?? how often in seconds ??

Get some oil in the cylinders as soon as possible. At a minimum, you need to re-torque the cylinder head bolts. Good shop practice is to replace the head gaskets.
