Pleasurecraft 5.7 won't idle
My friend has a 2006 Pleasureceraft 5.7 TBI that won't idle .So far he's replaced the cap and rotor, coil, idle air control solenoid and the low pressure fuel pump . In addition, he rebuilt the throttle body checked the plugs / wires and spark which all looks good and tested the throttle position sensor and coolant temp sensor which both test good.
As of right now, it starts and runs but when the throttle is closed as the idle comes down the engine stumbles and dies, but will start right back up. It seems like it will idle lower before dying when cold which sounds to me like it's getting too much fuel (or not enough air) but there's no adjustment since it's computer controlled.
Any ideas where else to look? Any idea how to check the timing and what it should be ?
Thanks
