chevy 350 swap

So last summer i seized up my 350 on a 24ft century. It has a omc outdrive on it. My question is i got a hold of a regular 350 out of a truck and i want to rebuild it and throw it back into my boat. is there anything i have to do in rebuilding the engine that would make it a marine motor? besides the obvious like the alternator and distributor?

Brass freeze plugs if raw water cooled, Watch the cam for too much overlap, It will suck water. The truck cam "might" be ok.

It has a omc outdrive on it.

you need to be more specific - need the year and type of OMC drive - they made a bunch of different ones and it matters for engine selection
