165hp mercruiser, 250 cu in IL6, heat riser tube from exhaust manifold to the carb broke off at the manifold. the tube appears to have fit inside a brass or stainless steel sleeve attached to the manifold. i cannot get the sleeve to move. is this piece pressed into the manifold or held by screw threads?
