ChrisCraftRear.jpgChrisCraftPort.jpgHello all, i am fairly new to Iboats and have read through many of your expert posts here. Last June, i purchased a 1975 Chris Craft to restore and have just completed the repower and i am ready to work on the cabin (its almost bare bones).

I have been doing some research to try to determine which model this is. title shows the manufacturer as "Murray Chris-Craft" so i know its was a colloborative build between Murray Bro. and Chris Craft but i cant find a model to save my life. its defainely a sportfish so quite possibly one of only 46 made between the two manufacturers. problem is, i cant find this floor plan anywhere, not even a pic from anywhere..

i will post a pic of it here so maybe someone will recongnize it. the Galley is down and to the left from the salon with the shower and head just forward of that and the Dinnette/Second bed in on the right.

i have seen it called both a catalina and a commmander but i dont think its either to be honest. let me know if you recognize it.

thanks!!

I can't help you with the model but Jeez that's a huge sliding glass door! That's the biggest one I've ever seen on a boat.

Give Chris Craft a call 941-351-4900, they're in Florida. The company has new owners since 1975 but I bet they can answer your questions or give you an email address to send the picture too for more information.

I am guessing a Catalina. Very close, never seen a slider on a Chris before though.

I believe that is a Sedan. Rare and valuable to many people if it is.

thanks my friends, chris craft was able to identify it as a sport sedan but didnt have any documentation on it. im ordering the full documentation from the mariners museum, which has everything from chris craft through 1980. thanks again.

Hey Chris, I would like to see more pics of her when possible. She brings back some good memories. :)
