That sucks beyond belief! --- Without knowing exactly how your fresh water cooling was set up I can't give you detailed specifics, but basically you should still have about everything you need. The raw water will come in through the raw water cooling pump, and instead of going to the heat exchanger it will now go straight to the engine (to the freshwater outlet hose from the heat exchanger), and then when the cooling water comes out of the engine, instead of heading back to the heat exchanger it will dump into your exhaust (into either the adapeter between the manifold and the exhaust elbow (if the manifolds are fresh water cooled), or into the exhaust manifold itself (if the manifolds ar raw water cooled).
If you have a separate fresh water cooling pump you can just eliminate that, or if your engine still uses the "automotive' cooling pump for the freshwater side you can leave it in the loop and let the coolant flow through both pumps.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,....
At the very least, you'll need a different T-stat housing, that'll be Hard to find, bein' a Chrysler...

I've got a couple of raw water cooled 318s sittin' my houseboat...

Might be easier to replace the heat exchangers,...

Do ya have Insurance,..??

On other boards i found out how things should be routed. Raw water inlet to oil trans cooler to water pump then out the thermosat housing like you said i eould need a diffrent set up and then to the manifolds and out the exaust tips. The marina contract states they will not cover any theft on a boat. Wasnt exactly happy about that since they claim they have video survalance but when it came time to look at the video they said they had none!! I dropped my insurance because i was on dry dock and didnt think anything was happening to my boat. Oh well just so ya know after driving around from.marina to msrina in my area i found a used set from some old guy who had a bunch of chrysler parts. Thank god all together i got three exchangers for 200 bucks. Now i have a back up just in case anything ever happens to the ones i have. I really didnt want to go raw water just for the fact of longevity of the motors. They were rebuilt a few years ago and have very low hours on them. Thank god for old guys who like to keep stuff. He even has a set for another guy in my marina that got a set of top mount heat exchangers stolen. Im sending him down to the old guy this weekend so he can get his boat in the water. Just wanna say thanks to everyone here
