Hi,Sandy.That's ok, just make one.
Never turn this engine over with the plug wires floating in free air, as it will gerk the cd unit.

Auto parts stores sell a spark tester that is adjustable, so it gives you an idea of just how hot the ignition is, for around 8 dollars.Of course, an old plug, hose clamp big enuf to clamp around the plug's threads, and a wire with an aligator clip on the end, does the same job, albeit, non-adjustable.

Sandy, also try fuel mix in a clean/dry409 bottle directly into the carb body, and crankin (avoid overspray, and keep a hose handy).
Best submerge the lower unit in a garbage can too, just to keep the impeller from being destroyed.
But if it sputters or briefly runs, your problem is fuel related ... This is the most common cause of engines brough-out of mothballs,as the cabs get gummed-up.
give it a shot.
At least you can rule-out a fuel-related problem, or proove it is a fuel problem.
