Chrysler 90HP Data Tag Location

I have a 90 HP Chrysler and am having a hard time locating the engine Model and S/N. I also tried to search other posts but could not find the info. This motor may not have a tag still on it but it would be nice to be sure. If anyone can help I sure would appreciate it. Shucks.

I first pump the bulb from the fuel tank and when I put until it's firm the primer leaks fuel.<br />Has this ever happend to yours or is this normal?
