Did chrysler ever make outboards for sears if so what years and Hps.

Yes, Jay. <br /><br />West Bend, Chrysler, Eska and others made outboards for Sears. Many models, many years.

Thanks JB. A friend has an old sears that looks like a chrysler I will find out the model # and do a search when I can

Chrysler's predecessor, West Bend, made Elgin motors for Sears from 1946 to 1960. The prefix on the model number for those outboards is 571.<br /><br />Chrysler's successor, Force by US Marine, made Gamefisher motors (the larger, watercooled ones), from 1987-1996. The prefix on those models is 225.
