Well the floor is in. If is fully wrapped than then has biax down the entire top. This had to be spliced on the right side because the floor was wider than the fabric I had. Lastly a 8" strip of fabric was ran half on the floor half on the hull.



Weather is to cold here now to do much more glass work but it is almost all done. Will decide what to do later about some hull repair/how to go about it.

Next step carpet, aluminum polish, vinyl and engine work.

Finally getting back to the Charger, put the engine on a stand so I can start stripping it down. Also spent this week making my hands feel awful cutting and stretching vinyl for the decorative side panels.

Put the upper on the lower, some small alignment issues, I will be much more careful if I do this again to keep the lower in square when the floor is out etc. Engine is running again on the newly cleaned/rebuilt carbs.

New rub rail from Wefco Rubber. Went in so easy, the old rail was rock hard and very stiff.

An example of some of the polishing that went on. All the chrome and polished parts on the boat were heavily scuffed and scratched. For a first polish job I am not that happy with a lot of the outcomes on the cleats, rub rails etc, but they are much better looking at the horn before and after shots below.

Thanks! I am rushing to have it usable for vacation, might not be very pretty, a lot of sanding/polishing will come this fall.

Well didn't keep this thread up to date but it did hit the water for the first time in three years today. Total fuel system rebuild new wires and she ran great. Needs a polish job but the transom doesn't flex going down the road.
