Chrysler Volvo outdrive

New user, excuse if not done correctly. I would like to know how you separate the universal joint on a Chrysler Volvo outdrive and if both ends of the universal are on a spleen? And if so, is there a locking pin that keeps them from separating? For I have put 3000lbs of pull and it will not separate from either shaft. Any info will be greatly appreciated.<br />(mod.#PZ NR (B) 212437 (G). (1967 - 1970)

Try the I/O section - you will get a better response. This section is not for motors.
