We have a old Chryser WestBend Outboard, model # 10403, 10 Hp and we think we need to fix the impeller, can someone help and tell us how to do it. I thank you very much.

I don't find a West bend 10403 just 10401 1964. Didn't find any Chrysler numbers close to 10403 No motors listed in 65.Chrysler purchased West Bend in 65.
You might try the library for an older outboard repair manual covering many brands.
It appears yours is the last year for that model.
