Circulation pump impeller on a 1987 180HP 3.7L

I need to remove the impeller and the style I have has a moulded nut in the center of the impeller, but it has a 1/4" hex bolt in the center of it. I know I have reverse threads, but is that on the bolt AND the impeller? Help me out here, please.

Looking at that attached picture, There is the word "OFF" on the impeller in the right photo with an arrow going right

thanks, a picture is worth a thousand words. That took the mystery out of it.
