Clean way to transfer gas from container to tank

May sound like a simple question. Does anyone know of a good siphoning aparatus to transfer gas form a gas can to gas tank while aboard. I was told that there are some clean efficient methods.

I bought a little transfer pump from the auto parts store for under $20 dollars and it works just fine.

Buy a primer bulb and a length of hose. Squeeze the primer bulb to get the flow going. As long as the container is above the receiving tank you are good to go. Or buy the entire hose/bulb assembly. Remove the connectors if there are any and save them for spares.

I got a hose that fits snugly over the spout on my 5 gal gas container and cut off a 3ft piece and slide a foot or so of it in the fill and tilt the container on the side and let gravity do the rest.Charlie
