Depends how bad it is. Rubbing compound will work and there are different grits for various levels of oxidation. 3M has good products. <br /><br />If it's real bad use a product called "On and Off." Get a real good pair of rubber gloves, wear eye protection and don't get any on you or metals/rubber/fabrics of your boat. This stuff is VERY strong and will eat the cloth you use to apply it in a matter of minutes. Wash it off good after applying, put on some wax and you're good to go
