Cleaning Fiberglass Hull

I have a new to me 19' Boat which I have been doing engine repairs and hull repairs to for the past 3 years. But I have not been cleaning it. This year with the major stuff behind me I want to make it look pretty. I am using VIM to clean off the hull, but there is a stain in the fiberglass left behind which I would like to remove if possible???? Is there a product I should use?
I have been thinking about buying a car buffer they are on sale for about $40.00 but I question how really helpful it would be. Is there a model or type that would really do the job?
When the boat is on the trailor it sits on two long carpeted skids, anyone have a suggestion to move the boat around on the trailor to really get to the bottom of the boat.

you lower the tongue to the ground, then block the transom of the boats, then raise the tongue as high as you can get it. block the bow, lower tongue, boat is in mid air, now clean and buff. reverse to put back on trailer. there are many product on the market, and you will get as many different opinions.

If you want to clean the hull REAL GOOD, go and buy 3M (Company) SUPER DUTY MARINE RUBBING COMPOUND. As well as polish, and Meguiars premium marine WAX. You'll be able to style your hair in the mirror-finish.

As far as gaining access under the bunks there is not a heck of alot of options except maybe lifting it up, or putting it on blocks, but that's pretty hard to do if its already on a trailer. Don't know what the solution is there.
