Whelp!.......Open the carb or throttle as far as possible without choking and if really bad disconnect fuel line to make sure and crank or pull till fires, then resume as normal from there. Sometimes ya gotta pull the plugs and clean'n'dry them too.....You should not have to do this for much more than a full minute on most motors. If you have to, something else is wrong.
