Haha. It’s been booked as a priority 3 in the to do list.
priority 1 is getting my wee 40 year old cvx16 running, raising the engine height on the cuddy and fitting the new steering system. Remove the terrible antifoul and in between all that...lots of winter days out on the wee 2.5m rib with the other 8 yamaha 2/. Just ordered a new prop for that one. An inch more pitch.

Nice pic, just too small Rib for me. Have you tached the current small Rib with previous installed prop ? If so, what was the max rpm achieved ? The wot rpm range for said 8 HP is 4500-5000 right ?

I haven’t sea rider. Not worth the hassle to be honest. I did buy a wee tiny tach for the jet ski. Maybe stick it on this out of interest. I know it’s likely over revving a little with the 7 1/2 pitch and they are more commonly found on the 6hp version on set ups like this. Ordered an 8 1/2ā€ pitch for her.
this rib is very smal. The 2.7m is a better size. Both run about 21 mph gps with the 8hp. Not too bad really.
