Clogged Pee Hole

I have a pee hole that I can not blow through. Water does not flow right either. I have put a hose right to the nipple on the block and blow as hard as i can but no go. I don't have a compressor or pressure washer.

Any ideas where and why this is clogged and how to unclog it?

What engine?

Usually just a piece of thin wire 'jiggled' up and down will clear it out....

soak it in pb blaster it work on anything

Got a roll of weed eater plastic string? Works great for fishing through small rubber hoses.

So here is what it was. Previous owner put a plastic nipple into the block held in by sealant. The thing deteriorated and no water could flow. I dug it out for 3 hours and cleared debri with a water hose and compressor and then put a nice brass nipple in its place. hehe...i said nipple
