CMC PL-65 and Minn Kota Talon

Does anyone have a picture or a link to a picture of how/what the bracket looks like bolted to a CMC PL-65 Hyd. jackplate?
Minn Kota says to use a universal bracket but i'm not sure how it's going to bolt on.
