So i searched around for awhile and kind of found what i was looking for in an old post that relates to my question but the photos dont exist anymore.

I have a pt130 unit and i replaced all the orings on the four valves, ram, and one that sits next to ram near the two springs. Problem is ram will not extend. I cleaned up the motor and it sounds great and the gears move freely. I had one fault when disassembled, i dropped out two ball bearing checks and i assume they went on each side of the pump gears as thats the only place they can go. Now baffled why the ram isn't extending I'm wondering if there was something under the checkballs or somewhere else the fault lies. They are super simple units so im absolutely baffled on what i did wrong. Does anybody have pictures of this unit opened up showing proper placement of the checks or just a diagram. I've googled the best i can and dont come up with much other than wiring diagrams or jackplate pics. Any help would be much appreciated as im not looking forward to dropping $400 on another unit.

check valves usually have springs.

take it to a hydraulic repair shop and have them go thru it. may only cost your $80
