I'm in search of CO Detectors for my boat. I've read many stories on this and another forum of deaths involving CO poisening. I use my boat at least once a week when I'm not working on it and would like to add to safety net.
My question is, can I just get some 9V versions at a local store or do NEED to get the Marine version and hardwire it?
Also where should they be installed? Does it matter where there installed?
