I have a 1990 3.0 Cobra straight4 cylider. I had the boat worked on last week. They replaced the U-joint,gimble bearing, bellows, shift cable and adjusted the shift cable. I took the boat out to the lake last night to get a little fishing in. The leak stopped. The boat is a lot quiter with the new gimble bearing and ujoint but, now a new problem. It idles beautiful but when I give it some throttle it chokes after about 300 rpm higher than idle (500-600) so right at about 900-1000 it just bogs down really bad. It sounds like it is flooding. Never gets anybetter after warming up or more throttle but when I bring it back to idle or idle plus 300rpms sounds and feels fine. I called the marina because I ran 1/2 tank through the boat with a morning of fishing the day I dropped it off for repair and the boat ran like a top. The marina says it probably isn't their fault because it is a performance issue that has nothing to do with what they worked on. All I know is it ran great when I dropped it off and now it bearly works. Can anybody help me trouble shoot this. I just put $1000 into it and it bought me more repairs. I'd liek to do this one myself. Anybody have any suggestions on where to start? Is there a carb adjustment on my holly 2bbl for above ide mixture? Thanks

Mike
