Cockroaches!

On the news today, some nut-case in Florida was engaged in a live Cockroach-eating contest...ate a lot of 'em and won!....then got sick and died, right there!....There MUST be something better to do than that???:confused:

I understand this is a big score for the estate, but I still wish there could have been some other way to get a Python?...I hope you're not getting any ideas about entering one of these contests!...let's just stick with our boats,O.K.?;)

I don't like cockroaches. Too crunchy. I guess they're okay boiled, but I prefer grubs.

Yep, grubs are good!....I'm just not real sure what would entice me to eat a live cockroach?!!!:eek:

Was this on TV news or do you have a link. I would like to read this crazy article. I hate cockroaches AND I hate snakes wouldn't get me near either.

I heard he had earlier in the day entered a contest to eat giant worms and won. Then entered the cockroach thing.

I went to the Nathan's Hot Dog eating contest in Coney Island, Brooklyn a few years back and saw a 96 lb girl eat over 30 hotdogs and buns in 5 minutes. I feel sick and wanna die after eating three of them.

Yep, but there's plenty more on the way!...Seems to me that certain folks must have an awful lot of spare time on their hands to even consider eating Cockroaches...or any of the other crazy stuff going on!...I've always been busy just trying to earn a living, pay the bills and keep the grass mowed!...no extra, "roach-eating" time!:D

Well, you're a better man than I am then. I've found that 1 is my maximum even though I really like a good dog now and then. My favorite is the Ball Park Angus (no relation, I think) hot dog. A couple of years ago I prepared two of them, perfectly grilled, served on a lightly buttered and grilled fresh bakery bun with Boetjes mustard, ketchup, relish and onions, beer on the side. Deeeee-licious. I maxed out half way through the second dog. Could not finish.
