I am interested in changing my coils as they are showing signs of cracking. I'll probably go with CDI's or Sierra's coils. They both seem to be hard to find so far. I keep finding replacements but they don't seem to match up with my OEM numbers. Anyone have any preference?
Also, is it safe to change just the coils or should I be looking to change any other parts of the electrical system? Motor runs great other than a hesitation at throttle up.
I ride some pretty big lakes here in the Adirondacks and don't want to get caught in a dire situation.
