Coke > Pepsi

But I prefer Dr Pepper over either. I mostly drink Diet Mt. Dew these days. It's about the only diet drink that doesn't taste nasty to me.

I used to drink gallons of mountain dew but the doctor says I can't have caffeine anymore. Now I drink diet 7 up, no caffeine, no sodium, no suguar....no fun of any kind.

Canned Coke.

Coke in the old glass bottle is best imo, but canned over a plastic bottle any day of the week.

diet coke with lime is the prefered, then with lemon, then straight up - but keep it diet, the regular is too sweet for me.

And thanks to Aspeck, I am now hooked on diet coke with lime... Been having a hard time finding it lately....

Much prefer iced tea though..

I used to bottle my own mountain dew in antique glass dew bottles...I bought a whole case of them on ebay.

Ayuh,.......... Ice Cold Water for Me,.......

Or,........ When I run up to Maine,..... I'll grab several cases of Moxie.........

I used to drink warm Moxie out of the storage room at the corner store I worked at as a teen. Actually not bad warm. But an ice cold can of Coke is pisser on a hot, humid day.

In a tall glass full of ice.
Warm Coke is great for relieving indigestion/gas pains. The trick is to guzzle it as fast as you can. The problem is it burns my throat, so it usually takes 3-4 gulps to get a can down.
Does the carbonation cause that burning feeling?

I must agree, I love Dr Pepper, but they don't make it here anymore, I love the stuff ....... say what is a route-beer I hear about on TV?

Everyone here drinks Pepsi. It was so bad, I installed a soda fountain using Bag-In-Box. No more cans, bottles and cardboard containers. One box costs me about $50 and lasts about a month and a half.

Only problem is the grandkids thinks its an endless supply. By the time they go home, their bouncing off the walls!

Root beer deejaycee is kida like Dr Pepper i think "and any one can correct me"but i think way back when it was the original pop out there.

Yeah...root beer is a mixture of root beer extract, (not sure what that is?) sugar, and yeast, lightly fermented for carbonation. The real stuff actually has some alcohol content.

'Course, anything in a can labeled root beer today is a mix of various industrial chemicals that sorta resembles root beer..
