Command Rack 200 steering cable problem

My engine is supposed to be a 1986 merc 200. There are dual Rack steering cables and one is mounted to the engine through a BENT tube!

I see all kinds of newer ingoing mount systems for the second cable, but I have searched high and low for one like this and nothing.

I could really use some help here as the project is almost complete and summer is winding down.

It looks like 1/2 inch pipe with threads and its driving me nuts!

Thats not my steering, mine is Rack 200, not cable, but that tube looks the same thats mounted to the motor for the second cable.
