So we had the unfortunate experience of something breaking in our control box / handle
First the neutral button seems stuck , second the linkage ... the bottom cable moves freely at the box and the motor , the bottom cable does not move at all forward or reverse at either end is there a gear or tooth that cracked ? at the end of the last use it seemed that going forward (with the handle) it was easy but it didn't really kick in gear you had to almost floor it before you could get moving decently. any direction would be helpful . The trim works just fine but the handle you can tell that there is nothing behind it when you move it.
