compleate wiring diagram for merc either 7.5 or 9.8 hp ser#6111958

this is a motor i receaved in peices now i looking for someone who might have an idea of what year and hp this motor realy is? All i can say is that this merc has the blue decal if this help ,please let me know where i can find a compleate wiring diagram thanks.

Both are 1982 and both share the same parts list:

And you will see from the carburetor stamped numbers whether it is a 7.5 or a 9.8.
