Composite material recommendation for fiberglass?

I need to glass in some anchor tie down points for a battery switch and also for securing/anchoring a gas tank. I have read about Coosa composite but it is pricey and seems to only come in large pieces.

What do you think about HDPE and glassing it in? I plan to screw in some anchor points into the composite material then use straps to hold down a new gas tank.
