I checked the compression on the motor I'm currently working on

1 125
2 128
3 120
4 125

Are these too far apart to be concerned with? (8psi ??)
If this is OK, I need to move on to my lack of spark problem. There were a lot of time and weather damaged wires. I had to fix the wire going to the stator and the wires coming out of the amplifier assembly. I'm assuming my fix was not good enough because I am not seeing a spark. Trying to fix those old wires is a royal pain...

Those numbers are just fine, Karrick.

Have you tried our SEARCH feature yet? There must be over a hundred posts asking exactly the same question about compression.

Spark is a different question. Someone will be along soon with good advice.

Good luck. :)
