remove all spark plugs, ground plugs otherwise ur going to harm ur modules, make sure battery fully charged, have someone turn the key or jump the starter solenoid with a push button.

Simply get a long piece of bare copper wire (I use the ground wire from Romex house wiring.) wrap several times around the threads of each plug, bend a loop in the free end and insert it into a plug hole. BUT really, why bother? With the key off, Jump the starter solenoid from the battery side to the thin yellow wire. The engine will crank without spark.

The carbs do not need to be mounted on the engine. Since each cylinder goes to atmospheric pressure as the ports open, it simply doesn't matter if the carbs are open or closed, mounted or not. Sure, the engine will crank slightly slower with the carbs mounted and closed but again practically speaking it simply doesn't matter.

For each cylinder, crank the engine at least four turns or until the compression stops rising.

Are you having some problems or just checking???
You install the plugs and hook up the wires.
Get a spark tester from any auto store.
Hook it up and turn the key.
Then move it to the other cylinders.
Hook up a hose just in case it starts.

Yes i am having a lot of troubles. Just started trying to figure out which way to go. I have gotten down to have an issues with # 3 having a very weak spark and # 4 having no spark. An ideas?

Since #3 and #4 are fed from the same CD module, the best strategy is to switch the CDM from #1 and #2. If the problem follows it tells you that the CDM originally feeding #3 and #4 is bad.
