Compression test was good I think?

I had a post yesterday about my Force 50 having no power. I was suggested to do a comp. test. I did. The top cylinder was 125 and the bottom was 123-125. I think these #'s are good. One of the things I noticed was the top cyl. plug was very clean the bottom cyl was very dirty and oily. where do I go next please? I forgot to mention that it was stalling when I put it in gear. it would take a few times before it would stay running in gear. But I assumed that this had to with the lack of power and something being wrong.

Check spark on both plugs, bet the top isn't firing.

Thats what I was thinking. but would the top be not firing or the bottom being cover in oil? I was thinking the bottom.
