What would be the average compression on a 250ci 165 motor,I am getting between 90-110 psi dry,and an average 115 with a squirt of oil and think I may have worn rings

Faulty gauge!!!! New readings. Dry. 130/150/132/145/140/135. Wet 137/158/147/157/150/150

The engine should be at operating temperature.

The readings were taken with the motor at temp

Those reading are fine, and it's not necessary for the engine to be at operating temp to do a compression test.
Look at this service bulletin sent to Merc and Volvo by GM.
