Re: computer display help

Nah, Just kidding. I actually mentored a young Son of my Wife's boss years ago to get him started in computers, (the DOS command line days). He'd call me every evening with a question, or a problem with something he screwed up. Well he grew up and pursued computer programming in college. Today he is a very successful systems designer and he still introduces me as The guy who made it all possible. Kinda make me puff up a little. One to go....

Well I'm just gonna tack this one on so I can see it. Here goes.

Ooooh, I like it. I suddenly feel more distinguished and important.

woo hoo it is sooo nice to have a screen without the green tint, and to be able to see red objects again.

Re: computer display help

I'm glad it worked. Isn't it nice to fix something and have the repair work. I just had a hard drive failure and spent the better part of two days replacing the drive and reloading tons of software. Lucky thing I backed up recently. Lost very little data.

at least my repair was minor compared to yours, but while i was inside of mine i went ahead and added another cd rom to it, and added another stick of 512 to the memory, and gave it a good blowing out
