as most know im not the most puter comapatble person,i have 2 questions how do i save a tread into a file and then once saved how do i get it???
and i have one of them printers that scans,can i scan a pic then put it photo bucket and if so how??thanks from a pc stupid persond
Edit and why does this thing put emoticons at the end of certain words all by its self??

Right click on the top left of the thread and drag diagonally to bottom right to highlight the posts. Copy and then Paste to WordPad. Then Save from there into My Documents.

Go to photobucket.com or myfishingpictures.com and they'll walk you thru their process. You'll have to register. Basically you will be downloading a saved picture from your computer to their database.

Then you can use the URL from your picture on that site to post here on iboats. You can find that by right clicking your picture once it's posted and looking at Properties. They also show the address with the picture. Right click on Popeye and left click Properties and you'll see what you'd get.

To save a whole thread 1 page or 100 pages, click on your Favorites Icon at the top of your browser "it's a yellow star" then click add to favorites.

and then to retrieve it click the Favorites icon "yellow star" and scroll down to your saved page.

I got the saving down,it was for some of the data sheets and calculators on here,as far as the scanning pics i think i betterwait on the wife to help there so i dont mess anything up.thanks for the favorites idea on saving too.
