my old evinrude 3 h motor has the lower cylinder blocked off. bolt and rubber plug are in spark plug hole and under flywheel where points and cond. and coil should be there is nothing. all of these parts are there for top cyl. is this some previous owner bypassing a dead cyl? or wanting to use as a troller? will this even work? have worked on a few engines, and have never seen anything like this. any ideas?
