Confusion about engine Year

Hi All, I need a new fuel pump for my 130hp V4 Looper so I started looking. I am under the belief that my engine is a 1999. But when I went to ishopmarine.com, my model number did not show up in 1999.

The model is: J130TLEDM and I attached the pic of the tag on my engine. It says 1999 on it but still confused.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Your motor is a 1996. It was produced to meet EPA standards that would come into effect in 1999. Doesn't mean it was produced in 1999.
