control knobs on Eska 4.5 hp

I recently bought a 4.5 hp Eska motor. It has two knobs on the front, one of which is the choke that you can pull out, the other rotates and clicks. Can anyone tell me what this second rotating knob does and how to use it???

Its your idle mixture adjustment, if the engine wants to stall at idle you would turn the knob to the right and the engine would receive less air richening the mixture, turn to the left and more air is let in leaning out the mixture
