controlbox what is it

what is this I don't have a kill switch it not there there 2 wire come out of it and go to that thing on top of the control box hope the pic help can I remove it I cant even use my throttle I hope someone can help thanks alot

Why can't you use the throttle? What remote do you have? And back up some so we can see something, your pics are too close.

I think it is a kill switch in a poor location.
