I have been restoring an old Perterborough Ceder strip outboard boat. I have the original engine but unfortunately it was missing the control levers cables and electronics for the motor. Would anyone know where I could find replacement parts?

You should be able to find a set of controls to fit that motor on Ebay or at any of the many salvage yards listed in the top secret files. There should be plenty around. Not sure what you mean by electronics. They didn't have any in those days, just a simple flywheel magneto.they also are not hard to find and are basically all the same except for size varying with the motor,I'm sure someone on here will be able to help more.Good luck and welcome to the forum.

If you are restoring the boat and want things to appear as original, then the controls will look like this:

If you buy used controls, try to get them complete with the cables, even if the cables are no good. You need the end fittings off the old cables to install on new ones.

By "electronics", I am sure you mean the junction box and switches, cables, etc, right? You could gerry-rig it, but again it wouldn't be original.
